Refund Policy

We understand that scheduling changes happen. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Flight Lessons & Simulator Sessions

Full refund for cancellations made within the determined time between the students and instructor in advance.

No refund for no-shows or cancellations within the determined time between the students and instructor, unless due to emergencies.
Aircraft Inspections

Notice required within the determined time between the students and instructor for full refund.

Late cancellations may incur a partial fee for prep/travel costs.
Weather or Instructor Cancellation
If we must cancel due to weather or instructor availability, we will:

Reschedule at your convenience, or

Provide a refund
Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, disclosed at booking.
